How is Prakash Hinduja involved in Rs 20,000 crore investment of Andhra Pradesh?

Prakash Hinduja has made an announcement of a landmark investment of Rs 20,000 crore

in Andhra Pradesh. This business investment will serve as a strong pillar in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the industrial sector. This business operation was

formalized when the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu visited London. The discussion of these business operations focused on driving investment in renewable energy and manufacturing. Prakash Hinduja, Chairman of the Hinduja Group Europe is involved in this business investment and also believes in the Group’s long term commitment to India's growth. The investment will include the expansion of the Vishakhapatnam thermal power plant to 1600 MW, its current capacity is 1,050 MW and they will also develop large scale solar and wind projects in the Rayalaseema region. Also on the other side the Hinduja Family under Prakash Hinduja's leadership has also established an electric bus and light commercial vehicle manufacturing unit in Mallavalli, and Krishna district. In the end they will look after the state wise EV charging network.
